As we prepare to open additional homes, we are looking for a Deputy Manager who doesn’t just want a job but wants to be part of shaping what comes next.

Job Title: Deputy Manager – Steps for Tomorrow
Salary: £39,858 – £42,525 with an uplift from April 2026, plus pension and many other benefits.
Post: Permanent.
Location: Based in Keighley & Wakefield
Closing Date: 22nd May 2026
Interview date: TBC
