We are delighted to present this opportunity for an exceptional and inspiring experienced senior leader to work across two schools, as a Deputy Headteacher with timetabled teaching time at Hackness C of E Primary School. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for all pupils and making a real difference, and supporting staff to deliver the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Headteacher in leading the strategic development and day to day leadership and management of the school
- Drive improvements in teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery, ensuring high standards across the phases and the two schools.
- Lead and develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development
- Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment and achievement
- Promote a strong culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Contribute to school self-evaluation and improvement planning
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, and the wider community
- Promote a positive, inclusive and values driven school culture.
- Timetabled teaching time.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Leadership experience in a school setting
- A proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff and pupils alike
