The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head of Workshop to our Belgrade Theatre Scenery (BTS) Workshop to assist the BTS Head of Workshop and the Deputy Head of Workshop (Carpentry) in managing the workshop and construction department effectively and efficiently in its delivery of quality sets, scenery, furniture, etc built on time and in budget.

You will deputise and assist the BTS Head of Workshop to develop and maintain a high standard of product. Simultaneously, you will deputise and assist the BTS Head of Workshop and the Deputy Head of Workshop (Carpentry) with maintenance and safe use of all workshop equipment (loose tools, equipment and machinery within carpenters shop, steelwork shop, props shop and paint shop).

Salary : £35,000

Department: Production

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Reports to: BTS Head of Workshop, BTS Head of Construction

Reports from: Carpentry and Fabrication Team

Location: Belgrade Theatre, Coventry
