The Dementia Co-ordinator employed by Search for 15 hours a week in our Dementia Connections Newcastle service, which is delivered in partnership with Age UK North Tyneside. The coordinator will work on the co-ordination of support for a designated caseload of Friends of Search within a defined locality, as well as being responsible for the facilitation of activities for people living with dementia and their supporters.

You will also be responsible for building networks in a designated locality area within Newcastle. You will promote excellent relationships and communication with the Admiral Nurse Team. You will act as a role model to the other staff and volunteers.
