- Coaching squads and team members to be high-performing and able to run ceremonies and processes themselves
- Developing longer-term plans for the delivery of key outcomes and improving the capabilities of our squads
- Ensuring our teams get all the benefits of agile working practices, but are still able to give confidence to stakeholders about the value they are delivering
- Reporting on, and developing strategies to improve, our delivery metrics.
About you:

- You'll be curious and collaborative, wanting to learn more about your craft and about how to help our teams work together on big long-term outcomes
- You'll use data to inform decisions - everything from analytics to financial information to delivery-specific metrics (DORA, velocity, cycle time, OKR confidence), and help encourage this mindset more widely
- You'll be a first-class facilitator, a respected supporter of the teams you work with who helps them communicate with each other more effectively
- You'll have first-hand experience working with all the roles on a multidisciplinary team, but also know how to work with outside stakeholders, including suppliers, where necessary
- You'll have the skills to help teams directly in all sorts of areas, but you'll get most satisfaction when the team have learned to do things for themselves
- You'll have great interpersonal skills that you use to help teams tell the best stories to stakeholders, and also to help unblock teams in sustainable ways that improve our organisation overall.
