Delivery Driver / Storeperson

Step into a role where no two days are the same - supporting lifesaving training by ensuring the right equipment is in the right place, exactly when it’s needed. As a key ambassador for the British Red Cross, you’ll be the friendly, reliable face, delivering a high‑quality service across Greater London. Working at the heart of our London training team, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our courses running smoothly and helping us provide an exceptional experience for customers.
- Deliver, collect, store, and maintain training equipment and materials across Greater London.
- Prepare course kits and consumables, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and compliance with BRC policies.
- Liaise with the Operations team and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
- Support safe handling and movement of stock and assist colleagues as part of the wider team.
- Full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years plus experience in driving within Greater London and the wider M25 area.
- Ability to carry out basic vehicle maintenance, ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy.
- Skill in handling and moving stock, completing multiple deliveries and collections efficiently.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Physically able to safely lift and handle items up to 25kg in accordance with health & safety regulations.
