Delivery Coordinator Teach First is a charity that believes education is the most powerful tool to help a child fulfil their potential. The role The rundown: The Delivery department delivers Teach First's programmes across all areas of England. We support, teach and develop programme members, trainee teachers their mentors via the delivery of teacher development and leadership programmes. We want all those programme members on our programmes to successfully complete our programmes and go on to be engaged ambassadors of our vision. This role sits in the central delivery team but will be attached to different delivery teams to support their delivery of key team and programme administration and coordination. This role will work across the department working closely with leadership to support high quality experiences which engage our programme members in their development, their community and in our social purpose and mission to ensure all children are able to achieve their potential. The detail: day-to-day work • Work across the department and with assigned teams to support their day to day running through team meetings, team administration and team communications. (Scheduling meetings, coordinating agendas, action logs and minutes, raising Purchase Orders or maintain a budget tracker). • Maintain collaborative tools used by teams to support effective coordination, communication and collaboration such as Teams Channels, One Notes and SharePoint sites. • Support the coordination of projects, collaboration groups and teams to maximise organisation, efficient and collaboration. • Support new team members to learn self-serve systems like travel booking, purchase management and HR software. Maintain accurate records of programme members through the processing of adjustments to their contact records. • Maintain accurate records of internal team data such as mailing lists, programme preferences or changes to working patterns used to inform work force planning. • Support delivery teams to identify and resolve data anomalies and errors to ensure data accuracy and a seamless experience for programme members. • Support delivery teams to manage externally facing inboxes, responding to queries and questions, particularly during NPQ assessment windows or during our Institutes. Engage with the coordinator community of practice to enable continuous improvement • Maintain relevant programme data sets to support the team with their improvement priorities. Be an active part of our Delivery community; supporting the effective collaboration and communi- cations structures across the department. • Secretariat Work including scheduling programme group meetings, managing RAID logs and project plans, chasing action owners and populating agendas. You’ll take ownership for: • Execution of key processes and tasks to enable the effective organisation and delivery projects or programmes. • Coordination of team recruitment and induction for new starters. Communication, triage and response coordination to external stakeholders through the management of generic inboxes. Coordination of work planning; Support Role portfolio setting, work distribution across programmes such as Subject Knowledge Audits or Enhancement courses. • Delivery Leadership Team coordination: Director Diary Management, organising agendas, minutes and tracking action points for team meetings. • Team and Department communications; compiling, editing and distributing email and bulletin communications for the depart- ment. • Delivery Team meetings: organising agendas, minutes and tracking action points for team meetings; compiling, editing and distributing email and bulletin communications for the team • Support the collection and accurate storage of key data related to the programme delivery.
