About the role
We are looking for a Debt Support Administrator to join and support our Money Advice services in our busy and friendly office at King Street. This role is office-based.
Our ideal candidate for this role will:
Always provide a warm welcome to our clients in-person, by telephone and digitally.
Be willing and enthusiastic in supporting our Money Advice team to provide professional services to our clients.
Be proficient with information and communication technology to provide administrative support.
Be willing to embrace and adjust to new ways of working as the Money Advice service develops.
