18 hours per week - The day usual working hours are 7.5 hours per day however can be flexible to accommodate the 18 hours however we usually do not have days longer than 7.5 hours.

About the role

As Debt Advice Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and technical support to advisers and caseworkers. You will oversee complex debt cases, ensure compliance with advice quality standards, and support the continuous development of staff and volunteers.

You will play a key role in maintaining a high-performing service that is client-focused, responsive, and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for people facing financial hardship.
