About the role

Citizens Advice Croydon is looking to appoint an experienced Debt Specialist/Supervisor to manage the office's expanding debt work. We want to appoint someone passionate about the provision of high quality, accredited money advice services, able to support and motivate a team to be the best they can be.

The successful candidate will have the required specialist debt advice accreditation and completed training to caseworker level. Ideally we are looking for someone who has supervisor experience within the advice sector and has experience of provision of advice to MaPS requirements.
