About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑focused and motivated Data Entry Administrator to join our Performance and Data Team. In this role, you’ll ensure that accurate, high‑quality information is recorded for the people who use our services. Your work will directly support effective treatment pathways, help maintain the integrity of our data, and contribute to the smooth operation of our services.

Key Duties
- Accurately input service‑user information into our case management systems.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy using systems such as Excel, Access, Theseus and other internal databases.
- Ensure timely data entry to support smooth engagement in treatment services.
- Act as a key point of contact for online referrals and provide timely, friendly responses.
- Assist the Admin Team with opening and closing service‑user records.
- Check and verify information to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Support data cleansing exercises to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Work with the Performance and Data Team to improve processes and support the wider data lifecycle.
- Uphold our organisational values and contribute to a positive, inclusive working culture.
About You
You’ll be someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working with systems, and thrives in a structured environment. You should feel comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You Will Bring:
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative skills and experience working with digital or recording systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Experience using case management systems (experience with SystmOne is an advantage but not essential).
- A qualification in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent work experience.
