Full Time Salary: £26,559 per annum

Hours: Between 30-37.5 hours per week, to be agreed with successful candidate

Contract: Permanent

Location: Some office presence required at either our Worthing or Southwick office, but possibility for hybrid working arrangements. Occasional travel to our sites across West Sussex may be required as part of this role.

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year rising to 27 days after 2 years pro-rata

Overview:

Are you a motivated and organised individual, with experience of using data recording systems to create high quality reporting data? Do you also have experience of providing effective administrative support to colleagues? Are you looking for an opportunity to work for an organisation making a real difference in the local community?

We are looking for a Data and Administrative Assistant to join our Performance Team and support the work of the Performance and Development Officer.

This varied role will include:

  • Working with and reporting on data linked to our service activity and outcomes
  • Assisting with quality assurance processes across our operational services
  • Providing administrative support for the Performance Team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of extracting data reports from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases
  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel to create and edit spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 software including Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Experience of providing high quality administrative support to colleagues or teams
  • Flexibility and able to adapt their skills to meet the requirements of an organisation in a period of growth and change
