Working Pattern: Office based with flexibility to work 2 days per week from home
Join us and help use data and technology to make a difference for children and families across East Anglia.
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to help us improve reporting, automate tasks, and turn data into useful information that supports decision-making across the charity.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a person who is looking to develop their skills in data, reporting, business intelligence and AI.
Working closely with teams across the organisation to understand business needs, develop reporting solutions and turn complex data into accessible, actionable insights.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Help teams understand and use their data
- Develop and implement automated solutions
- Support data quality and accuracy
- Create clear and useful insights from different data sources
- Help colleagues make the most of data, reporting tools and AI
- Learn and develop new technical skills as technology evolves
What we're looking for:
- Degree level or other equivalent Level 6 qualification
- Demonstratable analytical and problem-solving skills
- An interest in data, reporting, automation and AI
- The ability to explain information clearly to different audiences
- The ability to learn and apply new skills, systems and technologies.
What you'll bring:
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Ability to independently develop knowledge and skills using a range of learning resources.
- Proficient in Excel (including data tables and Power Query) and Power BI.
- Demonstratable organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
We are looking for someone with an interest in data and technology, who can develop their knowledge independently, apply learning in practice, and contribute ideas for improvement.
