Stevenage FC Foundation is looking to recruit a Data, Admin & Insight Coordinator to provide high
quality and robust support to the wider operation of the Foundation.

Job Title: Data, Admin & Insight Coordinator
Reports To: Head of Business Operations
Location: Stevenage FC Foundation, The Lamex Stadium, Broadhall Way, Stevenage, SG2 8RH
Contract:  Part-time  25  hours  per  week,  1-Year  Fixed  Term  contract  (opportunity  to  extend  based  on  organisational
requirements)
Salary: £16,523 per annum

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the wider operation of the Foundation. Undertaking daily tasks and longer-term insight
to ensure the smooth running of all Foundation activities and that all information for sessions including registration details,
payments and ongoing monitoring and evaluation are up to date and processed correctly using appropriate systems.

Providing the highest levels of proactive customer service to all beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders that engage with
the Foundation in an approachable, friendly, trustworthy and professional manner, with the ability to engage with a variety
of different individuals from all backgrounds, understanding the needs of different groups.

Travel mileage for work related expenses
23 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays)
Free onsite car parking (non-matchday)

Hours:

Part-Time, 25 hours per week. Hours typically completed between 8:30-5:30pm

Primary Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support to the wider operation of the Foundation. Undertaking daily
tasks and longer term insight to ensure the smooth running of all Foundation activities and
that  all  information  for  sessions  including  registration  details,  payments  and  ongoing
monitoring and evaluation are up to date and processed correctly using appropriate systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Note: The particular duties and responsibilities attached to this post may vary from time to time without changing the

•  Contribute to the effective running of all areas of Stevenage FC Foundation.
•  Provide  high  quality  customer  service,  professionally  and  effectively  communicating,  both  internally  and

externally through all channels whether at the Foundation office, over the phone, or via email.

•  Provide  administrative  support  to  project  staff  to  ensure  that  the  booking  platform  is  up  to  date,  and  that

registration information is accurate and available to delivery staff.

•  Manage and optimise the Foundation’s monitoring and evaluation platforms to ensure accurate, timely and

accessible data collection.

•  Support project staff, management and heads of department with their data capture and input, utilising the

systems available to demonstrate the impact of charitable activity.

•  Support with product development across our platforms to establish new methods and approaches to better

capture our impact data.

•  Provide support to the Head of Business Operations, with stock checks and ordering of stationary and office

equipment as and when required.

•  Assist the Head of Business Operations with low level financial reconciliation tasks including petty cash, and

customer bookings.
Take responsibility to collate, upload and maintain activities to the Foundation events calendar.

•  Support the wider team with other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
•  Champion  best  practice  linked  to  the  Foundation’s  policies  and  procedures,  particularly  Safeguarding,

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Health and Safety.
•  Attend relevant training and events as and when required.
