Dance Performance Tutor

Part-time (18 hrs/week)

Salary: £26,500 - 28,000 per annum pro-rata (£13,628 – 14,400 per annum)

Reports to: Education Manager

Responsible for: Vocational students

Overall purpose of this role: 

The Dance Performance Tutor is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality dance provision within the formal educational programme for Rubicon Dance. You will be responsible for teaching, training and assessing a dynamic group of students in a range of techniques and dance styles, supporting learner progression and achievement. You will be responsible for ensuring that all students are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their dance development goals.
