Play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Consistently providing high-quality customer service
* Managing internal and external enquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff where appropriate
* Accurately entering client data and completing patient registration in line with agreed standards and timescales
* Communicating professionally and effectively at all times
* Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and patient information
* Preparing standard departmental reports as required
* Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments
* Managing the availability of consultation rooms and consultants
* Creating, amending, or cancelling clinics as required
* Undertaking additional administrative and ad hoc duties to support business needsTo succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based environment
* Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging both the general public and healthcare professionals
* Competence and confidence using IT systems, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
* A commitment to delivering high-quality client service and positive customer interactions.

Since 2015 we have invested in a static MRI unit, a new digital X ray room & digital mammography. We are a local centre of excellence for Children and Young People Services. Having a Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Leicester has led to a close working relationship and the Hospital was a forerunner for the Nuffield recovery plus programme.
The Hospital has been rated as a ‘Good’ hospital by the CQC and achieved this rating across the 5 key lines of enquiry across all departments inspected
