20.5 hours per week - Friday 16:00 - 20:00 and Saturday 7:30 - 18:00 plus 6 hours flexible

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer enquiries, providing accurate information about our services and facilities
- Ensure the business areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked with essential items
- Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Work alongside a dedicated team to maintain high standards of customer care
- Setting up and taking down sports equipment for various activities and classes
- Carrying out regular cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries and promoting centre services
- Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
