In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, welcoming members and guests, providing exceptional service, and ensuring everyone enjoys a first-class experience. You’ll bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting the team and assisting with a variety of tasks.

Working within the leisure centre and surrounding outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness and ensure pitches are safe, well-maintained, and ready for customer use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries, providing accurate information about our services and facilities
• Ensure the business areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked with essential items
• Provide general assistance and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
• Work alongside a dedicated team to maintain high standards of customer care
• Deliver building tours and discuss membership options to new visitors
• Setting up and taking down sports equipment for various activities and classes
• Carrying out regular cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries and promoting centre services
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
