The Vacancy

Customer Services Assistant – Area Team                   
Location: Potential for Hybrid can be located in any ACHA Office
Temporary Maternity Cover until 30th April 2027

35 hours per week
£24,480 - £25,867 
Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm 

The Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work in our busy Lomond Area Team, dealing with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the associations services.

The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 Standard grades or equivalent and to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages. The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.

The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff and contractors therefore organisational, administrative and communication skills are key.
