Job Title: Customer Service and Admin Assistant Champing™

Duration: Permanent 

Hours: 20 hours net per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-4pm (30 minutes lunch). 30min bankable weekly for on-call duties to be worked as and when required.

Salary: £23,793.12 FTE (13,218.40 pro rata) per annum, plus pension and benefits

Location: Home-based, with travel across the portfolio as required

Overall job purpose

The Champing Customer Service Assistant will support the running of operations throughout the peak and off seasons. We are looking for someone to help support the operational running of the business, who can help oversee the booking process, look after customers, and deliver a fantastic experience.

We have recently published our TRUST values, which outline the behaviours and expectations that act as our foundations at CCT. We have attached the pack, outlining each value, which we will also be using as part of our shortlisting and interview process to find the right candidates that align with our values.
