Operations Manager
Our operations team sets the benchmark for efficiency, innovation, and outstanding service. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how we deliver services that matter.As an Operations Manager based in our Wakefield Hub, you’ll make sure our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll manage a team of Operations Administrators and Coordinators, working across multiple systems and utilising customer-facing examination and assessment platforms. You will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to keep everything on track. We are currently recruiting for a Quality Executive to join our Quality Team on a permanent basis. The role can be based at our Wakefield, Warrington or Burntwood office. Quality Manager

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.As a Quality Manager, you will lead a high performing team mitigating risk, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring valid and reliable learner outcomes. You will be expected to build excellent relationships with customers whilst keeping risk management at the heart of everything we do.You will support the senior leadership, provide clear direction and support manage resources effectively, foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours Monday - Friday. We operate a hybrid model, however, your office base will be our Burntwood Hub so you must be in commuting distance of this office 5 days a week. You must also be willing to travel to other regional hubs or on customer visits as and when required.
