TBTL, working in partnership with Brewery Arts, Tullie Museum & Gallery, Wordsworth Trust and Lakeland Arts, and supported by the Cumbria Arts & Culture Network (CACN), is inviting proposals for a comprehensive evidence and advocacy study that will demonstrate the vital role arts and culture play across our region.

This project is supported by Arts Council England and comes at a pivotal moment as Cumbria moves towards the formation of the new Mayoral Combined Authority.

🔍 We’re seeking consultants with expertise in:
• cultural and economic impact
• social value and SROI
• rural and place-based cultural analysis
• sector consultation and stakeholder engagement
