The Creative Arts Coordinator – Music & Performing Arts – will work alongside HideOut’s existing team of passionate Coordinators to develop and deliver an exciting 7-day creative offer for Junior and Senior members. With a 50:50 split between coordination and face to face delivery, you will work in one or more of the 2 areas across the creative offer, which includes Music Room and the Dance Studio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging both existing and new local partners to offer wide creative offering to young people. You will have the opportunity to not only shape the creative arts programme for young people but in doing so, allow them to develop existing skills, identify new passions and explore how they can use these skills and passions to shape their future as they become young adults.

Not only will you design, develop, and deliver creative activities for young people you will also provide direct line management support, coaching, and development for an energetic, enthused and skilled team of sessional youth workers.
