Cover Supervisor – part time We are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes of KS3 & 4 students during the short-term absence of teachers. The maximum class sizes at Gosfield is 22. You may well be asked to undertake other duties pertaining to the school if you are not covering a lesson. You will have daily contact with pupils and staff, therefore experience of working with young people is essential. You must have the ability to relate effectively to all adults and pupils in our school. Successful candidates must be confident in setting high expectations of conduct in the classroom.
