About the role:

The Country Director will oversee all programme activities, ensuring they are delivered safely, effectively and in line with MAG policies, donor requirements and international standards. The role also includes identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, building relationships with donors and partners, and overseeing proposal development and reporting.
