The British Red Cross is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to specialise in our Emergency Supporters team. The team at the heart of our mission to be there for people in crisis, whenever and wherever we are needed. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving corporate giving during emergencies both in the UK and across the world. Whether responding to earthquakes, conflicts, public health emergencies, you’ll help mobilise private sector companies to provide rapid, meaningful support that saves lives and enable the development of long-term relationship with them.

- Leading emergency appeals for the Corporate Partnerships function, turning urgent appeals into life‑changing action
- Helping to shape and deliver an innovative and data driven approach to corporate fundraising.
- Building trusted relationships with partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and collaborative problem-solving.
- Representing the team in wider process improvements, team and department meetings and other initiatives.

To be a successful Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll need:
- Strong understanding and experience of corporate fundraising and/or corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the opportunities and challenges related to both.
- Proven ability to build positive, productive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence presenting to diverse audiences and producing persuasive proposals and reports. Presenting information to a range of audiences, in an inspiring and confident way.
- Ability to understand and summarise financial information and demonstrate value for money in proposals, negotiations, and reports.
- Significant experience of managing high value partnerships. Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and maximise added-value opportunities.
- Substantial experience working in a partnership management or corporate fundraising or marketing or campaign role for corporate or mass audience.
- Experience of planning and managing complex projects working across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
