About the Role and Responsibilities:
- You will bring significant experience in corporate fundraising or commercial business development to develop and deliver a comprehensive income generation strategy across strategic corporate partnerships and corporate memberships.
- You will lead on innovative prospect research to cultivate and win new corporate partnerships, creating compelling propositions for support that align with both WMCs and the partners objectives.
- You will enjoy building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring high quality, bespoke stewardship at all times.
- You will act as the corporate partnership specialist, combining strategy, new business and relationship management to create meaningful change for the arts in Wales.
- You will line manage the Partnerships Fundraising Administrator.
The Corporate Fundraising Manager will report into the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships.
This role will be offered on a Hybrid basis.

Key Requirements:
- Demonstratable experience of securing corporate partnerships.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate fundraising/commercial business development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create and convey compelling cases for support.
- Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
- An innovative approach to identifying new opportunities and finding creative ways of working with strategic partners.
Desirable:
Understanding of the Arts sector in Wales and the wider landscape.
