Corporate Fundraiser
Salary: £35 K
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday with occasional out of office working
Location: Woking and Sam Beare Hospice, Woking, Surrey, GU21 3LG

We are a patient-centred charity that delivers palliative and end of life care to those with advanced life-limiting illnesses, who live in North West Surrey. We care for patients and provide support to families and carers in the community as well as in our Inpatient Unit and Wellbeing Centre at the Hospice. You will, therefore, be joining a passionate and dedicated team of professionals that make a real difference to the families across Surrey community.

Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Income Generation Manager and wider fundraising team to manage corporate partnerships
- Develop and implement tailored stewardship programmes for each partner, ensuring corporates understand the full range of opportunities to support the Hospice
- Ensure all business supporter commitments are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreements, providing exceptional donor care
- Ensure all business supporter agreements and commercial participator agreements comply with the Fundraising Regulator and Charity Commission guidance, maintaining up-to-date, auditable documentation.
- Ensure all corporate fundraising activity complies with the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice, Charity Commission guidelines, GDPR, and internal governance policies.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance Team to ensure all corporate income is accurately recorded, reconciled, coded and reported.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of all corporate activity on the Hospice’s CRM system.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to deliver corporate campaigns aligned with brand and messaging standards.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
