About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated leader to represent Nuffield Health onsite with one of our key corporate clients. This is a high‑profile role responsible for leading service delivery, managing the day-to-day client relationship, and ensuring our fitness offering remains market‑leading, relevant and impactful.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, while inspiring and leading an onsite team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall accountability for the delivery of all onsite Fitness services and operations.

  • Represent Nuffield Health as the primary onsite lead and trusted partner for a key corporate client

  • Manage and nurture the day‑to‑day client relationship, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision‑making where appropriate

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing onsite team, setting clear standards and leading by example

  • Delivery of all contractual and site level performance metrics

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the fitness industry, including current and emerging trends, to ensure the programme remains innovative and future‑focused

  • Drive the commerciality of the contract by optimising revenue streams and introducing new service lines

About You

You will be a dynamic and credible leader with a strong background in fitness operations and client management. You will bring:

  • Strong knowledge of fitness Centre operations as well as industry trends and best practice

  • Proven site leadership and people management experience

  • Confidence in managing and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Excellent client relationship management skills

  • Strong commercial and financial understanding

  • Ability to analyse data, present outcomes and propose solutions

  • A proactive, team‑focused approach with high personal standards and a strong work ethic

  • The confidence to challenge appropriately, balanced with the ability to adhere where required

Working Pattern

This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, based at the client location.
