Coordinator - Consultant Development Programme and Network

The Orchard Project is recruiting a coordinator to work with our growing network of freelance orchard consultants. The successful applicant will run a programme to support keen orchardists to develop their skills and confidence, so they take on paid work with The Orchard Project and their own clients. The role also involves matching consultants with work, and maintaining and growing a supportive network of these freelancer orchardists across the UK.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about orchards and their benefits, and can bring strong organisational and people skills to working with our growing network. This is a great opportunity for someone who has practical orchard experience but now wants to use this in a different context, nurturing others and helping The Orchard Project to grow. You will be working in a friendly and fun team, spread across the UK who collaborate well online. You will be good at making processes simple and efficient, and at communicating with a range of different audiences.
