The role is full-time on a permanent basis and we will consider flexible working if requested. We are flexible with regards to the location of this role, but you may need to travel to various locations across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland as and when needed.
About the Role
As our Content Strategy Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of a holistic content strategy that puts user experience at the heart of everything we do. You’ll oversee content delivery across platforms – primarily via our intranet, My Mencap – and play a key role in evolving content across our systems to meet the needs of our people.
You’ll:
- Be the go-to expert for engaging, user-focused content
- Lead strategic content planning and delivery across Mencap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and maintain exceptional content experiences
- Train and support content creators and editor.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Explore and integrate new technologies (including AI) to enhance content creation and discovery
