RFP | Somalia Deyr Season 2025-26 Drought Early Actions Evaluation

Start Network is looking for a consultant(s) to conduct a programme evaluation of our Start Ready and ARC Replica programme in Somalia for drought (Deyr season) early response. We are particularly keen to hear from consultants who have experience with evaluating programmes for mitigation of displacement (especially climate-driven displacement), anticipatory and early action, and are familiar with and have presence in Somalia.
