Start Network is looking for a consultant(s) to conduct a programme evaluation of our Start Ready and ARC Replica programme in Madagascar for Cyclone Gezani early response. We are particularly keen to hear from consultants who have experience with evaluating programmes for anticipatory and early action, and are familiar with and have presence in Madagascar.
