Connect to Work Integration Officer
Share your knowledge and skills, to integrate Staffordshire’s Connect to Work programme into the Voluntary and Community Sector, Primary Care and other healthcare settings, to enhance referrals and support those with long term health conditions to access work.
We’re looking for someone who can use their skills, curiosity and relationship‑building strengths to help integrate Staffordshire’s Connect to Work programme into the VCSE sector, Primary Care and wider health settings. By bringing services together and improving referral pathways, you’ll help ensure people can access the support they need to move closer to meaningful, sustainable employment.
You’ll benefit from experience in:
- developing partnerships across different sectors,
- building positive, productive relationships,
- communicating confidently with a wide range of stakeholders,
- connecting people, services and opportunities.

Salary
£25,000 – £29,000 pa

37 hours per week
