Your role
- Welcome customers and direct queries as the first point of contact
- Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills
- Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
- Help organise and run occasional social activities
- Carry out basic health and safety checks and maintain security
Your skills
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults
- Ability to stay composed in challenging situations
- Good communication skills
- Confident using IT systems
