Compliance Coordinator(Part-time, 24 hours per week)

Behind the scenes, our Compliance Team plays a vital role in making this happen, ensuring everything we do meets the highest standards of accuracy, integrity and care.
We’re now looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis.
What you’ll be doing
Working closely with our Compliance & Quality Manager, you’ll help keep our organisation on track with reporting, logging and regulatory responsibilities. Your work will directly support clear communication with regulators and help colleagues across England and Wales provide the right information at the right time.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
Manage the Compliance inbox, triaging, organising and prioritising emails and actions
Gather and collate information from systems such as AssessNET, safeguarding logs and service reports
Draft regulatory notifications (CQC/CIW), PIR sections and other key reports for review
Liaise with local managers to gather details, clarify information and guide them through processes
Track the progress of notifications, from due and in progress to submitted and follow-up
Prepare monthly compliance data for senior leaders
Maintain accurate, confidential records and an organised digital filing system
Play an essential role in helping us meet our regulatory responsibilities and, most importantly, keep people safe

About you
You’re someone who brings precision, calm and strong organisation to everything you do. You take pride in getting the details right, managing deadlines effectively, and contributing to a culture of transparency and good governance.
You will have:
Strong administrative skills and experience managing busy inboxes
Confidence using IT systems, including Outlook, Excel, Teams and digital databases
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for proofreading
The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Clear and confident communication skills
A calm, methodical approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability when priorities shift
A genuine commitment to MacIntyre’s values and the people we support
Experience or knowledge of CQC/CIW regulation or social care compliance would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your mindset, values and willingness to learn.
