An exciting opportunity to join Certitude as a Compliance Co-ordinator as we continue to grow.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours
Job Type: Permanent – Full time
Department: Housing
Location: Head Office - Balham

About the role
The role of a Compliance Co-ordinator is to support the Housing team by maintaining compliance records, coordinating inspections, and preparing compliance reports.
Duties will include:
- Maintain accurate records, compliance logs, and databases.
- Assist in inspections carried out by the Health & Safety Manager and the wider Housing team.Serve as a point of contact for compliance enquiries and supporting regulatory filings.
- Support service improvement initiatives within the team.
- Produce compliance reports and dashboards for senior management.
About you
To be a Compliance Co-ordinator at Certitude, the following are essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative, data-focused, or compliance-related role.
- Experience of collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting data intelligently using appropriate systems/methods in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Excellent Intermediate IT skills and able to use programmes such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Data entry accuracy.
- Thorough attention to detail.
