Community Support Workers – South & West Wales From £13 per hour | Part-time & Casual Hours Available

As a Communicator Guide, you'll play a vital role in supporting people with complex disabilities to maintain their independence, build meaningful connections and enjoy everyday experiences. Every shift offers the chance to make a genuine difference, whether accompanying someone to appointments, supporting them with shopping, enjoying social activities or simply helping them feel confident and included in their local community.

We are currently recruiting across the following locations:

• Llanelli (SA15 3)- 4 hours per week | Female applicants only | BSL Level 3 or first language BSL essential
• New Inn, Pontypool- 3 hours per week | Female applicants only | BSL essential
• Bridgend (CF31)- 12 hours per week | Travelling throughout the county borough | BSL desirable
• Treorchy (CF42) and Pontypridd (CF37)- 8 hours per week | BSL Level 2 or above essential

All roles are permanent and pay £13.00 per hour. Sessions typically take place Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, with exact shifts discussed at interview. A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle with business insurance is essential for all roles.

The Llanelli and Pontypool roles are open to female applicants only as a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Who we're looking for

• A warm, patient and confident communicator who enjoys supporting others
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
• Comfortable supporting individuals who may experience anxiety
• Able to safely transfer a wheelchair into your own vehicle
• BSL skills are essential for most roles and highly desirable for all
