We are here for anyone affected by dementia and are keen to reach people in all communities, including those who may be more at risk of isolation through language, accessibility needs, identity or background.
As a Community Link Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in helping us build and strengthen relationships within local communities across West Cornwall and the surrounding area. By attending local events, talking to community groups and raising awareness of dementia and the services we have available, you’ll help us reach more people affected by dementia and signpost them to access our services.
You’ll also help us identify and connect with people affected by dementia who would like to share their experiences and dementia story, both with us and within their wider community. This will help us strengthen our links and understanding within local communities.
You may be required to travel independently to event or meeting locations across the area.

- You have excellent communication skills and are able to talk to a variety of audiences. The ability to communicate in languages other than English is not essential but may be helpful.
- You are over the age of 18
