Community Engagement Worker

Hours

 21 hours per week (work pattern flexible). Fixed Term until 31st March 2027

Salary Scale

 £26.5k – £29k  pro-rata + 6% pension.

Holiday

25 days a year, plus an extra 3 days at Christmas, and all Bank Holidays. Pro-rata.

TDC is recruiting- come join our team! 

The Trust for Developing Communities is recruiting a Community Engagement Worker to join the brilliant TDC Team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working both independently and within a team with the ability to share information in an accessible and meaningful way with individuals and groups.

It will include gathering insights, working to set targets, working with community beneficiaries and other partners, communicating clearly with community members and maintaining confidentiality.

While we are looking for some specific skills, we are much more interested in attitude, personal qualities and passion. You will gain great experience in this role working with the broad range of skills within TDC’s Communities Team.
