Community & All‑Age Engagement Worker

Christ Church is seeking a passionate and creative individual to lead our community outreach and faith engagement across all ages. This role involves supporting existing projects, developing new initiatives, and strengthening connections between the church and the wider community.

We are looking for someone with:

• experience in youth and/or community work
• strong communication and organisational skills
• a heart for inclusive Christian ministry

Hours: This is a full‑time post (35 hours per week) with a flexible working pattern. The role includes Sundays, with some additional daytime, evening and weekend work.

Salary: £24,000–£27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Contract: Fixed term for 4 years, with a 4‑month probation period.
