Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social impact? We are looking for a Communications Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to help deliver our 2026-2028 strategy.
We’re looking for someone who can craft content across multiple channels – from short videos and digital campaigns, through to building new media relationships - to help ensure Good Things reaches and influences new audiences.
This is multi-channel generalist comms role for someone who thrives on variety, who's looking to explore all aspects of communications in a busy team. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
Role description

Working alongside a friendly, creative team, you'll craft content across multiple channels – from social media and email campaigns to press releases and web copy – that builds engagement and strengthens our mission to tackle digital exclusion.
We're looking for someone who brings exceptional organisational skills, creative flair, experience with inspiring storytelling and an aptitude for building strong relationships.
In return, you'll develop your expertise in digital communications, campaigns, PR, policy and advocacy while contributing to work that genuinely changes lives.
