Empowering older individuals engaged in the Justice system through advocacy, peer support services, and targeted interventions to enhance and enrich their well-being. To make time more purposeful by promoting independence and belonging whilst building resilience, at every stage of their journey.

Recoop aspires to be the leader in the delivery of knowledge and expertise to older people experiencing incarceration and the Justice system, supporters and the staff who work with them. We will use the views of the people we work with to influence and shape the services we deliver. 

This role brings together HR administration, digital communications and day-to-day people support to help create a coordinated and effective corporate support function. You will be responsible for administering key processes, including onboarding and offboarding, sickness and probation tracking, maintaining accurate HR records and supporting the organisation’s LinkedIn, e-marketing and social media activity. Your role will help ensure that internal systems run smoothly and that colleagues receive timely and effective support.

  • HR elements such as onboarding and offboarding and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Supporting the organisation’s marketing and social media activity
  • Support with the monthly payroll report
  • Supporting the wider team with support requests
  • Excellent IT skills and be proficient in MS office
  • Previous experience in a HR or an Administration role
  • Proficient in using digital platforms such as Canva, Wordpress, SharePoint
  • Experience, or willing to learn how to use our Breathe HR system and Xero
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
