To project manage the production of SWYM merchandise.To manage the SWYM Canva account. To create templates for use bystaff for various publications.To be responsible for design of SPREE SW annual theme logo, GroupLeaders Guide, Programme, Map, Signage and Merchandise each June.To liaise with Moorlands College Comms to promote Moorlands SouthWest. To oversee monthly Comms over email to interested parties.To manage the SWYM recruitment budgetTo be responsible for SWYM presence at festivals and key events aspart of marketing communications strategy. Seek to increase newrecruitment leads through targeted advertising. To monitor trends to better utilise recruitment budget.To oversee SWYM social media strategy and presenceTo line manage the Social Media Co-ordinator including working withthem to develop strategy and campaigns and ensure we have agrowing presence on various social media platforms.To ensure a consistent branding and quality across all social mediachannels.To oversee website and IT systems development To be responsible for ensuring the SWYM web-site is engaging andup to date. To conduct an annual web-site review and manage theongoing development of the web-site, including application andbooking systems. JOB INFORMATION PACKTHE ROLEWe are looking for someone to oversee SWYM’s communications to those outside theorganisation. This will include developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating SWYM’smarketing & communications strategy. We are looking for someone with a passion for Jesus and for children and young people wholoves to find creative ways to share stories and reach new people. The successful candidatemust have experience in branding, communications and design and a passion for high quality endproducts. JOB INFORMATION PACKTHE PERSONEssentialA genuine passion for Jesus and making him known inchildren and young people’s lives.Experience in developing and delivering strategy formarketing and comms. Experience in graphic design and producing resources. Ability to share stories of faith in a compelling andinspiring way through text, video and other means.Experience of developing social media strategy for achurch/charity. Experience of web-design/editing.Ability to prioritise spending against budget.Ability to manage others and build good relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work to set deadlines.Ability to be self-motivated and set own targets. Desirable:Qualifications in Marketing/Graphic Design/Comms.Photography/Videography skills. Web-site development experience and experience ofmanaging systems for bookings and applications.
