£32,918 - £37,274 per annum for 37.5 hours per week (depending on experience)

About Us:

St Catherine’s Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.

We provide care in communities across Surrey and Sussex which are richly diverse and we want to reflect that in everything we do. In this role you will be at the centre of our content creation helping to uncover, shape and share powerful human-led stories, with your communications colleagues, that showcase the impact of St Catherine’s Hospice.

The Role:

This post is offered on a permanent full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. At St Catherine’s we offer work from home opportunities however this is adaptable depending on business need and regular onsite attendance is required.

About You:

Are you a hands on, creative professional who enjoys creating compelling content? Would you find it rewarding to make an impact and support the future direction of St Catherine's growing awareness in the community?

We are seeking an excellent communicator who can work with varied teams to produce multi-channel content for internal and external audiences.

Executive role will ​be able to:

  • Create compelling story-led content from patients, families, staff, volunteers and supporters
  • Identify opportunities for positive media coverage in local, regional and national titles
  • Produce high quality written content for multi-channel use
  • Grow awareness in our community of our hospice services through marketing activity
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to produce engaging range of varied publications and materials
