Cambridge SU is seeking an experienced HR and People professional to join us as an Committee Expert.

This is an opportunity to use your expertise to help shape our organisational culture, support good governance, and contribute to the success of a student-led charity representing students at Cambridge University.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in HR, employment law, organisational development, culture change, EDI, senior leadership, or executive coaching.

About the role:

  • There will be 2-4 online meetings per year, occasional ad hoc support may also be required.
  • This is a remote role, although there will be occasional meetings held in Cambridge.
  • This is a voluntary position (reasonable expenses can be reimbursed)
