Citrus Energy is looking for an experienced, values‑driven Commercial Energy Manager to lead our day‑to‑day services, drive success, and grow our social impact — helping tackle fuel poverty across our communities.

🔎About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance & Corporate Services, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance, quality, and development of Citrus Energy’s operational services. You’ll lead teams, optimise processes, oversee pricing and performance, and ensure our services are customer‑centred, compliant, and financially sustainable.

This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence – blending people leadership, commercial awareness, and social purpose.

  • Deliver high‑quality, customer‑centred energy services
  • Lead and develop operational teams and Energy Advisors
  • Shape pricing, performance and growth strategies
  • Build strong partnerships to grow a socially driven business
  • Turn commercial success into real community impact

You’ll bring strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for continuous improvement — ideally with experience in energy, utilities, advice services or social enterprise.
