We are on the lookout for our first Commercial Director  - it’s  your chance to lead the commercial transformation of an award winning social enterprise, driving multi site performance and securing new local authority contracts to maximise community impact.

Salary circa £75K, hybrid working - mixture of home, onsite and head office working from Leominster in  Herefordshire.

The opportunity -

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key part of the Senior Management Team, you will have responsibility for optimising performance across our growing portfolio and secure new business through competitive local authority procurement. Drive digital transformation across the portfolio, alongside growing our retail operations and maximise commercial programming revenue.

If you can offer - 

  • 5 years proven senior commercial leadership from leisure, hospitality or public sector with a demonstrable track record of margin enhancement across multi-site operations.

  • Experience of winning competitive contracts, ideally in local authority environments.

  • A combination of strategic commercial thinking with hands-on delivery capability.

  • Strong financial literacy, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to build high-performing teams plus -

  • A genuine belief that commercial excellence enables social impact rather than competing with it.
