College Officer
£14.24 per hour (including annual leave allowance
College Officers play a key role in representing the student experience within their college. You will gather and collate feedback by working closely with student reps and senior reps, ensuring you have a strong understanding of both areas for improvement and examples of good practice across courses. This insight will be shared with the Students’ Union and the University to help drive positive change.
You will also support the Representation Team with administrative aspects of the student rep system. For example, this may include collating and organising feedback for Programme Committee Meetings and maintaining regular communication with student reps and senior reps within your college, alongside other initiatives and projects.
The three Colleges are:
* Creative Arts, Technology, and Engineering
* Health and Society
* Leadership and Innovation.
We are recruiting one College Officer per college.
You must be available for mandatory training on the following dates:
- Friday 25th September
- Wednesday 7th October
- Wednesday 14th October
Closing date for applications:09th August 2026 at midnight
Interviews: 17th, 18th, 19th August 2026
