Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and relational individual to help us over summer to help prospective students help discover our mission.
We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team at Moorlands College as College Ambassador. Moorlands’ vision is to equip people, passionate about Jesus, to impact the church and the world.
The successful candidate will play a significant role in the recruitment of students for Moorlands in line with the College’s strategy, from July to September 2026.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Implement the recruitment strategy of the College
- Represent the College at festivals and exhibitions – establishing and maintaining relationships. This will include travel to and from events.
- Manage all aspects of exhibiting: motivating student volunteers, welcoming people, getting the right people signed up to hear more and following up with them in a relational way.
- Follow up on Expressions of Interest from festivals – connect with people, build relationship, and help them see whether Moorlands is the right place for them.
- Work through existing students to maximise their networks, such as placement and home churches.
- Collaborate with our Digital Media Officer to assist with building our online presence.

Hours: 24 – 32 hours per week
Salary: Salary: £16, 525 per annum (24 hours a week) or £22,032 per annum (32 hours a week)
Start Date: July 2026
This is a temporary role for July – September 2026
